Go to your RunLoyal staff portal on a Google Chrome browser. **All settings-related items must be updated while on a desktop or laptop.

How to Access the Pricing Section and Select Price List

Click on "Settings"

In order to update tax for an existing price list:Click on either an Active or Draft Price List.

Click on the dropdown arrow next to the service category that you would like to update.

Specify whether services and add-ons are updated together for the chosen service category or whether services only or add-ons only should be updated. Then, enter the tax amount percentage.

Click on "Update' to finalize.

*****Once updated, the new tax percentage will apply to all of the associated services and/or add-ons displayed in the selected service category.
